Salary: 2100 – 3500 EUR/month.

What you will do

• Design and deliver videos and marketing materials aligned with brand and performance objectives.
• Create and manage video ad briefs while maintaining high execution standards.
• Develop and optimize engaging social media ad creatives, with a particular focus on platforms like Meta.
• Leverage AI tools in your design workflow to work more efficiently.
• Use testing data to refine designs and improve key performance metrics.
• Stay ahead of industry trends through competitor research and insights into digital marketing and social media.

Requirements

• Have 1.5+ years of experience in a professional creative role, with a strong focus on performance-driven marketing campaigns or social media advertising.
• Be skilled in motion design, with hands-on experience using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere (or similar tools).
• Stay current with and incorporate the latest AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and innovation in your work.
• Be a creative and analytical thinker, comfortable making data-driven decisions to optimize designs.
• Have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and the ability to align designs with business goals.
• Be fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
