Location: Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 remote day) or Kaunas with hybrid/remote options

Salary: 3300–4300 EUR/month gross

What you will do

• Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Gaming Apps, and other channels
• Edit long-form and short-form videos including YouTube content, Meta ads, hooks, cutdowns, and UGC-style edits
• Create motion graphics and light animations to bring designs to life
• Collaborate with marketers to analyze performance metrics and iterate on creative assets
• Pitch and test new visual concepts and campaign ideas from a senior strategic perspective
• Manage multiple high-priority projects while maintaining quality and deadlines

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Vilnius 4 days/week or hybrid/remote in Kaunas with office visits
• Senior-level experience in graphic design and video editing within performance marketing
• Proficiency in After Effects
• Strong understanding of Meta ad performance and creative strategy
• Use of data and AI tools to optimize visuals
• Fluent communication in English and Lithuanian
