What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of world-class software and performance engineers.
• Own the end-to-end architecture of simulation execution systems.
• Direct comprehensive performance engineering initiatives, including benchmarking and profiling.
• Drive systematic improvements to simulator runtime performance, optimizing CPU/memory utilization.
• Drive the architectural decoupling of the core simulation engine.
• Design and build robust APIs and SDKs (Python, C++, REST).

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience with a proven track record of developing top engineering talent and managing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Expert-level programming skills in C++, with strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with systems-level performance profiling, bottleneck analysis, and C++ optimization techniques.
• Deep understanding of system design, developer tooling, API/SDK design, and distributed computing.

Nice to have

• Experience in simulation, robotics, gaming engines, or autonomous systems.
• Familiarity with large-scale cloud job orchestration or massive data pipelines.
