Senior Product Designer

Location: Remote, must be located in the USA and reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WA. Physical offices are available in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL for hybrid option. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship. hirify.global is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago.

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year (for roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington, or New York)

What you will do

• Create thoughtful end-to-end user experiences that simplify complexity and unify interactions across our platform.
• Own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution, from ideation to implementation support.
• Partner closely with product management, engineering, and leadership to design and deliver features aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct research with customers, synthesizing insights and broadcasting findings.
• Advocate for the UX needs of our diverse customer base by leveraging data and in-depth research.
• Build and maintain comprehensive documentation while expanding our growing Design System.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS Software Product Design experience.
• A strong portfolio of work that shows direct responsibility for successful high-impact technical projects.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Experience in creating, contributing to, and maintaining a design system.
• Experience using principles of visual design and information architecture to create easy to use and intuitive user interfaces.
• Experience analyzing and synthesizing data and research into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Track record of designing and shipping enterprise or B2B/SaaS experiences, ideally in IT Operations/System administration/Software support.
