What you will do

• Lead and execute annual total rewards processes, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and profit-sharing.
• Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and clear communication.
• Conduct robust pay equity analysis and leverage market data for competitive pay structures.
• Oversee daily operations and optimization of the HRIS (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and legal changes to recommend and implement timely program updates.
• Collect, analyze, and transform HR data to identify key trends and insights in HR metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, HRIS Specialist, or HR Data Analyst.
• Strong understanding of total rewards policies, practices, and regulations, including Swedish employment laws.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP).
• Excellent analytical abilities for complex data and cost analyses.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data to diverse audiences.
