What you will do
- Lead and execute annual total rewards processes, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and profit-sharing.
- Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and clear communication.
- Conduct robust pay equity analysis and leverage market data for competitive pay structures.
- Oversee daily operations and optimization of the HRIS (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and legal changes to recommend and implement timely program updates.
- Collect, analyze, and transform HR data to identify key trends and insights in HR metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, HRIS Specialist, or HR Data Analyst.
- Strong understanding of total rewards policies, practices, and regulations, including Swedish employment laws.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP).
- Excellent analytical abilities for complex data and cost analyses.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data to diverse audiences.
