What you will do

• Manage end-to-end pre-boarding and onboarding workflows for new hires in Sweden.
• Verify compliance and right-to-work documentation and ensure contracts are signed and systems updated.
• Support monthly Swedish payroll runs by preparing records and reviewing payslips with the payroll agency.
• Maintain the accuracy and currency of the HRIS and other people systems.
• Handle administrative tasks related to contract extensions, conversions, and personal detail updates.

Requirements

• Background in HR, Business Administration, or related studies at a Swedish university.
• Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or people operations role.
• Understanding of Swedish labor law (familiarity with Swedish payroll is a plus).
• Fluent in Swedish and professionally proficient in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
