Senior Analyst, Customer Trust (Cybersecurity): Partnering across the organization to strengthen hirify.global's information security posture through governance, risk, and compliance, and supporting Sales teams by providing an accurate view of the program to customers. Focus on handling customer security questionnaires, supporting complex contract reviews, and developing scalable security content and response frameworks.

Location: Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days); some teams/positions may require additional in-office days.

What you will do

• Handle customer security questionnaires, one-off inquiries, calls, and documentation requests from prospective and existing customers.
• Support complex contract reviews requiring security expertise and escalate appropriately.
• Cross-collaborate with Sales teams to optimize the deal cycle from a security perspective.
• Collaborate with Security GRC, Security Engineering, and Legal teams to develop trust artifacts, security content, and scalable response frameworks.
• Manage the customer trust tool to keep the knowledge-base up-to-date.
• Assist in audit evidence collection for customer and compliance audits (e.g., SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, BSI C5).

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in security compliance and sales enablement, preferably in-house at a SaaS company.
• Experience managing sales enablement tools such as Conveyor, Safebase, or Whistic.
• Experience establishing team operating rhythms, metrics reporting, SLAs, and escalation frameworks.
• Strong familiarity with common cloud architectures (AWS or similar) and how they map to security controls and audit evidence.
• Experience interpreting and operationalizing regulatory or customer requirements (e.g., financial services, public sector, or large enterprise).
• Ability to synthesize complex technical and legal concepts into concise, accessible explanations for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI agents.
• Familiarity with compliance automation tools (e.g., Vanta, Drata, Anecdotes, Delve).
• Background in common control frameworks or control mapping across multiple standards.
• Experience writing documents and managing projects in hirify.global.
