What you will do

• Lead a small team in the analysis and improvement of kernel security for PlayStation devices.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of security measures.
• Apply your skills in software development using C and C++ to contribute to the security framework.
• Understand and implement code hardening techniques to protect our systems.
• Work closely with validation teams to review code patches and integrate external patches.
• Conduct daily scrum meetings and provide mentorship for junior team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in C/C++ software engineering with a focus on security.
• Solid grasp of code hardening procedures and objectives.
• Experience working alongside validation teams and understanding the impact of code patches.
• Ability to identify fresh improvement opportunities and construct proof of concepts.
• Strong communication and social skills.
