Since 2013, SVMD has been successfully buying mobile advertising worldwide. Based on the accumulated expertise, we develop our own products—mobile apps. Our clients include top 10 multinational gaming companies. The video production department is the creative core of the company. There is no room for routine; there is a constant flow of innovation and creative solutions. The main areas of video production include making animated 2D/3D creatives, UGС сontent, and AI generation leverage. We are rapidly growing both in the number of projects and the complexity of the tasks we perform, and it is important to us that every team member maintains this momentum of growth and development. As we continue to grow rapidly - both in project volume and creative complexity - we’re looking for a Creative Producer to help shape creative strategy and generate ideas for UA creatives for mobile games across various genres. What you’ll do

• Client briefings (in both Russian and English);
• Generate scripts for video creatives /mobile game commercials (concepts, storylines, mechanics);
• Conduct competitor and trend research to fuel creative ideation;
• Manage and develop a team of Creative Managers;
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize creative strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong creative and leadership background;
• Experience in mobile game marketing;
• Proven ability to build creative strategies from scratch;
• Skilled in competitor analysis and market trends;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent English, C-1 level.
