Accounting Expert PtP

TL;DR

Accounting Expert PtP: Coordinating and participating in incoming invoice booking and payment processes, managing centrally initiated changes, and supervising finance processes. Focus on daily communication with stakeholders, vendor reconciliation, and continuous process improvement within the Procure-to-Pay area.

Location: Budaörs, Hungary. This is a temporary role until November 2027.

What you will do

• Book invoices and communicate daily with the outsourcing company for coding FI invoices and issue resolution.
• Interact daily with the relevant SM department and PR creators to resolve invoice booking issues.
• Perform vendor balance reconciliation, follow up on blocked invoices, and handle reminders.
• Reconcile Advance A/P, Pre Paid, and GR-IR.
• Cooperate with RTR on Monthly and Yearly closing steps.
• Develop and improve the PTP process, including implementing and maintaining best practices and control framework requirements.

Requirements

• University/College degree in Accounting or Economics.
• 2-3 years of work experience in the PTP area is strongly required.
• Excel Pivot knowledge is a must.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and oral, is essential.

Nice to have

• SAP FI module knowledge.
• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or German language skills.
