What you will do

• Manage international mobile projects with budgets starting at $300,000 per month.
• Develop and implement methodologies for working with new types of targeting.
• Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns to consistently meet KPIs.
• Generate and test hypotheses to improve campaign performance.
• Automate routine tasks in the procurement process.
• Collaborate with the creative team and maintain effective communication with traffic source representatives.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and TikTok.
• Proficiency in mobile attribution fundamentals with experience using AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Strong understanding of advertising campaign performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of unit economics and its application to ad strategies.
• Proven experience managing and scaling advertising campaigns with budgets exceeding $300,000 per month.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools like Tableau.
• Expertise in market analysis with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong grasp of A/B testing, from designing experiments to analyzing results.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for negotiations and communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Snapchat and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Russian language.
• Understanding of SkadNetwork principles.
