What you will do

• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information.
• Deliver high-quality labelled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools.
• Generate human insight data across a range of modalities, including text, image, video, and audio.
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance the quality of labeling tasks.
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types assigned to you and the team.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch language is required.
• Written and spoken knowledge of English is essential (CEFR C1+).
• Strong business writing skills and advanced reading comprehension.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for research purposes.
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
• Proven project coordination or management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
