What you will do

Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools across text, speech, audio, image, and video data.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to customer privacy policies.
Analyze root causes of errors and propose solutions to improve labeling quality and operational processes.
Support daily operational deliverables and clarify internal queries as needed.
Adapt quickly between different task categories and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Den Haag).
Language: CEFR C1+ fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Associate’s degree or related work experience.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects.
Proven attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks.

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience in project coordination or management and stakeholder relationship management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
