What you will do
- Evaluate business cases and leverage ML and AI to address complex challenges.
- Analyze large, complex data sets to translate them into actionable insights.
- Prepare and preprocess structured and unstructured data for model accuracy and effectiveness.
- Design, develop, implement, and test descriptive and predictive ML models.
- Deploy models into production environments and be responsible for model management (MLOps).
- Mentor machine learning engineers and junior machine learning engineers.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL/NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS Sage Maker and MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLFlow, KubeFlow).
- Experience with Big Data Analytics and tools (e.g., Elasticsearch, Spark, Airflow).
- Upper Intermediate English level (B2) with excellent communication skills.
