What you will do

• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end ML pipelines for training, inference, evaluation, and deployment.
• Act as technical lead for ML chapter, ensuring standards and best practices.
• Drive use cases in computer vision, forecasting, classification, and LLM workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to clarify requirements and shape solutions.
• Design standards for reproducibility, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintainability using Databricks and AzureML.
• Develop supporting APIs, orchestration, internal tools, and reusable components like CLI tools and shared utilities.
• Mentor engineers and improve team capabilities through knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years in machine learning engineering, data science, or software engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, mathematics, or related field.
• Advanced Python expertise.
• Strong production experience with Azure and Databricks.
• Advanced PySpark, SQL, Git, GitHub Actions.
• Experience operationalizing ML workflows into production systems.
• Domains: computer vision, forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, or LLM pipelines.
• Defining standards, reviewing implementations, building reusable ML foundations.

Nice to have

• AzureML, MLflow, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, streaming pipelines, MLOps.
• Experience with agentic tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, Cursor.
