What you will do

• Design and deliver performance-oriented videos and marketing materials aligned with brand objectives.
• Create and manage video ad briefs, ensuring high execution standards.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ideate and design performance-oriented briefs.
• Develop and optimize engaging social media ad creatives, with a particular focus on platforms like Meta.
• Leverage AI tools in the design workflow to enhance efficiency and meet creative demand.
• Use testing data to refine designs and improve key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in a professional creative role, with a strong focus on performance-driven marketing campaigns or social media advertising.
• Skilled in motion design, with hands-on experience using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere.
• Current with and incorporates the latest AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and innovation.
• Creative and analytical thinker, comfortable making data-driven decisions to optimize designs.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and ability to align designs with business goals.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
