What you will do

• Implement tools and technologies to provision and configure an enterprise software system in public and sovereign clouds, focusing on increasing efficiency and reliability of deployed storage systems.
• Contribute throughout all phases of a service lifecycle, from conception through design, development, deployment, and operation.
• Contribute to and mature existing, fully automated CI/CD workflows.
• Identify, document, automate, and engineer processes for repeated tasks.
• Participate in code reviews and design reviews for new and existing services and platforms.
• Influence the use of industry-leading development platforms and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development of commercial-grade systems and applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with software engineering best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity.
• Experience in Java or C#.
• Comfortable working from specifications to create a technical approach and scoping work.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure and distributed systems in a cloud environment (Azure preferred).
• Experience with configuration management and CI platforms.
• Experience with .NET core development and C# or Java.
• Experience developing storage and file access libraries.
