What you will do

• Support quarterly go-live processes for the Global Demand Model, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Contribute to the ongoing development, optimization, and enhancement of data solutions.
• Design, build, maintain, and improve data workflows using ETL tools like Alteryx.
• Gather, analyze, and combine data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Communicative English level required.
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel and basic to intermediate SQL skills.
• Must be able to work in Gdansk, Poland (hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx).
• Knowledge of and interest in the funds industry, economics, or finance.
