What you will do

• Lead major product features and systems from inception through launch and post-release iteration.
• Transform high-level opportunities into concrete, well-structured product designs and game specifications.
• Help define and reinforce product standards, best practices, and ways of working across the vertical group.
• Elevate the quality of problem framing, hypothesis definition, and success metrics.
• Partner across disciplines, working closely with Game Designers, UX/UI Designers, Engineers, Technical Artists, Producers, and Analysts.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions with a systems-level perspective.

Requirements

• Significant experience (7+ years) in product management, ideally within F2P mobile games or other consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong track record of shipping impactful features in complex ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
• Experience mentoring other Product Managers or leading product initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable setting hypotheses, defining KPIs, interpreting results, and driving iteration.

Nice to have

• Experience in casual social games.
• Experience as both a Designer and Product Manager.
• Experience helping scale product standards within a growing organization.
