What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, and professional networks to build sustainable pipelines.
- Partner with local HR teams and hiring managers to facilitate structured intake discussions and provide consultative guidance on role requirements.
- Coordinate the interview process and oversee offer management, ensuring a consistent and inclusive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to improve hire quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, local Philippine labor laws, and data privacy requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of solid recruitment experience in the Philippines, preferably within high-tech, manufacturing, semiconductor, or multinational environments.
- Proven expertise in proactive candidate sourcing, pipeline building, and end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong command of spoken and written English for business communication.
- Solid working knowledge of Philippine labor practices and recruitment compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS/HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors highly preferred).
