TL;DR

Location: Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines. Candidates must be local to the position location; relocation is not provided.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, and professional networks to build sustainable pipelines.
  • Partner with local HR teams and hiring managers to facilitate structured intake discussions and provide consultative guidance on role requirements.
  • Coordinate the interview process and oversee offer management, ensuring a consistent and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to improve hire quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, local Philippine labor laws, and data privacy requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of solid recruitment experience in the Philippines, preferably within high-tech, manufacturing, semiconductor, or multinational environments.
  • Proven expertise in proactive candidate sourcing, pipeline building, and end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English for business communication.
  • Solid working knowledge of Philippine labor practices and recruitment compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS/HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors highly preferred).
