What you will do

• Develop and execute a global and local Employer Brand events and communities strategy.
• Manage a rolling events calendar, identifying opportunities for networking, presenting, and sponsoring.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, People, and Marketing to define presence at industry conferences.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiations, budget management, and project planning for events.
• Organize local meetups in key hubs like Barcelona and Amsterdam and build tech community partnerships.
• Oversee the Call for Papers (CFP) process and coach brand ambassadors.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading Employer Brand events from strategy to execution.
• Proven ability to build and manage an events portfolio with ROI thinking.
• Confident project management skills, including budget and vendor management.
• Experience supporting speaking programs and running CFP workflows.
• Ability to measure event impact and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher required.
