What you will do

• Support the Executive Producer across the planning, production, and delivery of all assigned video projects.
• Collaborate with agency suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
• Maintain creative excellence, introducing new formats and approaches to keep channel content fresh and engaging.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize content roadmaps for the highest possible impact and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in video production, including AI tools.
• Periodically act as a producer or director on high-value or complex projects.

Requirements

• Substantial experience (5+ years) in audio and video production.
• Friendly and respectful communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of Project Management software such as Monday.com or similar tools.
