What you will do

• Coordinate with other departments to secure resources needed for projects.
• Understand customer needs to achieve overall project goals and secure high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in project meetings with various customers.
• Assist in implementing schedules to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Assist in delivering set profit margins for projects.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers and other hirify.global divisions and departments.

Requirements

• A Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 7-10 years working experience in enterprise and IT industry.
• Strong knowledge in project management techniques and good communications skills.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Good spoken and written skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated, good team player and customer focus.
