What you will do

• Lead quantitative analysis and simulation models for optimizing trading fees.
• Innovate pricing strategies for equity clients to maximize revenue and trading volumes.
• Engage with IT infrastructure to analyze trading member activity and coordinate project developments.
• Enhance data visualizations and reports to deliver actionable insights for data-driven decisions.
• Present key proposals and developments to top management and clients.

Requirements

• Excellent academic background in Computer Science or Data Science, or degrees in Math, Statistics, or Finance with software development skills.
• Strong Python skills; knowledge of SQL and other programming languages is a plus; experience with Dataiku is also a plus.
• Data engineering and automation skills to clean, structure, and manage large datasets, and build automated monitoring and reporting tools.
• Project management skills and knowledge about financial markets are strong added values.
• Fluency in English or French is required.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong team player, and ability to solve problems under tight time constraints.

Nice to have

• Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, or Norwegian language skills.
