What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve backend services that power the Email product, from data management to analytics and content generation.
• Develop and maintain scalable Go services that handle high-throughput processing, event-driven communication, and reliable external integrations.
• Contribute to a distributed system landscape built around REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, and data-intensive workloads.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to enable seamless Studio integrations and deliver a cohesive user experience.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from concept and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Continuously improve reliability, observability, and performance using modern monitoring/tracing tools and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Experience as a Backend Engineer, ideally with exposure to Go.
• Additional experience with Java or Kotlin is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Value quality, clean code, and continuous learning.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team, appreciating diversity and inclusivity.
