Salary: $212,000–$319,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

What you will do

• Own and deliver well-scoped features and system improvements end-to-end to improve data quality and customer experience.
• Contribute to technical direction, design discussions, and define quality patterns and practices.
• Uphold operational excellence, instrument services, contribute to SLOs, and improve system reliability.
• Build for scale and correctness, applying caching, testing, and resilience patterns to ingestion and governance workflows.
• Work on capabilities such as shared data health evaluation framework, event/property observability, and safe clean-up workflows.
• Architect support for non-event data models including entities, metrics, and dimensional data.
• Pioneer session replay–driven taxonomy to automatically surface untracked interactions and propose new events.
• Design and ship fullstack features spanning backend services, data pipelines, and React/TypeScript product surfaces.

Requirements

• Strong fullstack engineering background with experience delivering features across backend services and user-facing product.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js and React/frontend frameworks) and/or Python.
• Experience with AWS and infrastructure tooling.
• Operational mindset with experience in observability, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Customer focus and ability to connect work to customer outcomes.
• English: B2+ proficiency required

Nice to have

• Domain experience in event analytics, data governance/taxonomy, metadata systems, session replay, non-event data models, RBAC/privacy, experimentation, or AI‑assisted automation.
