TL;DR

Senior Data Analyst: Analyzing product and operational performance to drive data-informed growth, with an accent on building KPI dashboards, conducting funnel analysis, and supporting unit economics and pricing decisions. Focus on automating reporting, improving data quality and reliability, and performing deep-dive analyses.

Location: Full-time remote, working from GMT +3 timezone. Our digital nomads work remotely from 25+ different countries. Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar.

What you will do

• Analyze product, customer, and operational data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau to monitor KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of user funnels and user flows.
• Perform unit economics analysis (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback period) to support pricing strategy and profitability optimization.
• Support launch of new products and features with pre- and post-launch performance analysis.
• Automate recurring reports and improve data reliability and accessibility.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization in Tableau.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably GCP, for data storage and processing.
• Strong Python skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and transformation.
