What you will do

• Regularly publish technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, videos, and social media posts.
• Actively engage with the developer community in public forums, online discussions, and at key events and conferences.
• Develop a deep understanding of how hirify.global products are used by the community and advocate for the best developer experience internally.
• Develop specialization in specific hirify.global client libraries, application frameworks, and AI use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least three years in software development, with a focus on application development, databases, or distributed systems.
• Strong programming skills and a solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience engaging with developer communities through public speaking, writing, or online forums.
• Must work remotely from the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Existing YouTube channel with technical content or a good social media following.
• Knowledge of vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and applied AI engineering (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
• Experience working in both cloud-based (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and on-premise service environments.
