Salary: $170,000–$240,000

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's billing systems across web and mobile, including Stripe and RevenueCat integrations, subscription lifecycle, and usage metering.
• Lead the evolution of billing architecture, including an in-progress migration to a modern ledger-based model.
• Participate in product and strategy discussions about how hirify.global monetizes.
• Build tools and systems that give the broader team more leverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally building systems in payments, financial infrastructure, or distributed systems where being wrong has immediate real-world consequences.
• Natural instinct to think about failure modes first: what happens if an event arrives twice, out of order, or not at all.
• Strong product sense alongside technical depth.
• High bar for correctness.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Stripe.
