What you will do

• Assess and redesign end-to-end finance processes across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Treasury, Payroll, and Tax.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled finance workflows for reconciliation, forecasting, variance analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Partner with CIO teams on ERP optimization, focusing on SAP, and improve data flows across various platforms.
• Accelerate month-end close and reporting cycles, automating reconciliations and building executive dashboards.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled finance practices and upskill finance teams on automation tools.
• Lead cultural shift towards analytical, insight-driven finance within the organization.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience across controllership, FP&A, treasury, AP/AR, payroll, and tax.
• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) – Mandatory.
• 10+ years defining finance business architecture and implementing ERP systems, with SAP preferred.
• Experience with automation, RPA, and AI/ML applications in finance.
• Strong understanding of data models, BI tools, and KPI-driven system design.
• Proven finance transformation and change management experience with strong stakeholder management.
