What you will do

• Perform daily trade capture, reconciliation, and lifecycle management production work.
• Participate in projects aimed at operational improvements or client onboardings.
• Ensure oversight into application functionality and testing efforts.
• Update and maintain business procedures within the team.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within existing processes.
• Support development and implementation of new workflows and ensure adoption.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience working in the investment industry.
• Profound understanding of one or more back-office functions, such as Trade Processing, Settlement, Reconciliations and Asset Servicing.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills (English Language).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
