What you will do

• Support clients in collecting and organizing required onboarding documents.
• Assist in reviewing documentation based on bank and compliance checklists.
• Edit and format documents to meet submission standards.
• Prepare template-based letters and confirmations.
• Perform basic pre-submission checks under team guidance.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding documentation updates.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, legal support, operations, or other document-heavy roles.
• Good knowledge of Word / Google Docs, Excel / Google Sheets, and PDF editors.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to work extensively with documentation.
• Ability to understand structured requirements and follow checklists.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for document support.
