Project Manager (FinTech): Managing delivery of hirify.global Dimension and related services for asset managers, fund managers, banks, insurance companies and pension funds, with an accent on commercial and delivery management, client engagement, resource and financial management, and stakeholder complexity. Focus on providing greater customer value and outcomes, measuring and reducing risk, and improving best practices for implementation projects globally.
Location: Hybrid in The Hague or Brussels. Requires coming into the hirify.global office 2 times a week.

What you will do
- Manage all aspects of hirify.global implementation across products and services, including clarification, design, configuration, data conversion, integration, testing, and training.
- Manage multiple implementation-related workstreams, identifying tasks, dependencies, time/resource estimations, and providing regular status updates.
- Manage handovers from Presales to Onboarding and from Onboarding to Run.
- Facilitate business requirements gathering workshops.
- Contribute to improvement and documentation of best practices for global implementation projects in collaboration with Global PMO.
- Create and maintain required project artifacts such as project plan, reports, and RAID change requests.
- Actively identify and mitigate risk while motivating the project team.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering multi-stream projects in complex business environments.
- PMI/Prince 2 or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge and experience of the Investment Management/Asset Management/Financial Services industries is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with implementation-focused projects in the Financial Technology sector.
- Willingness to travel to client site from time to time.
