Scrum Master (Online Access Management): Facilitating Agile rituals and coaching two squads to continuously improve their way of working, with an accent on promoting self-organization, optimizing workflow, and elevating quality/compliance for backend applications. Focus on applying Agile/Scrum principles within the hirify.global framework and collaborating with other Scrum Masters to share knowledge.

Location: Hybrid (Utrecht, Netherlands). Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. Unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country.

Salary: EUR 4,931 – EUR 7,043 gross monthly

What you will do

• Facilitate and coach two squads to continuously improve and deliver value.
• Help squads apply Agile/Scrum concepts and principles within the hirify.global framework (S@S).
• Strengthen squad self-organization by coaching on Agile principles, ownership, planning, and continuous improvement.
• Improve workflow efficiency by facilitating refinement, planning, and cross-team alignment, and removing impediments.
• Elevate quality, compliance, and performance by promoting engineering best practices and supporting data-driven inspections.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in Agile environments.
• Passion for Agile and Scrum, and at least PSM I certification.
• Ability to communicate clearly, convincingly, and adapt tone to audience.
• Result-driven, coordinating priorities with stakeholders, and initiating improvement.
• Eagerness to learn and improve personally and with squads.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services.
• Experience with backend development squads or teams focused on consultancy and support.
• Dutch language skills.
