TL;DR
Data Analytics Coordinator: Extracting, aggregating, and transforming data from Commerce Manager to meet client invoicing and reporting requirements with an accent on data validation, normalization, and reconciliation. Focus on preparing settlement-ready files and facilitating system uploads for payment processing.
Location: Remote (USA) or from one of ' local offices.
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, plus a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do
- Extract order, customer, and transaction data from Magento and Commerce Manager.
- Validate data exports for missing fields, corrupt rows, duplicate orders, or partial transactions.
- Normalize fields to conform with client business rules and requirements.
- Map data exports to designated system of record's required schema for incentive processing.
- Run reconciliation checks between Magento and payment processors.
- Coordinate with finance and account teams on cutoffs and exceptions.
Requirements
- Ability to work with large data sets and automate data transformation to meet client requirements.
- At least 2-3 years demonstrated expertise in data management, analytics, and transformation.
- Experience transforming transaction data as needed to reconcile data with business rules.
- Expertise in generating settlement-ready files in required formats (CSV, XML, JSON, EDI, XLSX) and leading uploads to client systems (Microsoft Dynamics, ARIBA).
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, data analytics/statistics, data management, or similar field.
- Fluency in SQL databases, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Python.
- Experience in E-Commerce or retail, and familiarity with Authorize.net or Magento.
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
