Location: Hybrid Germany, Onsite Cologne, Onsite Munich, Remote Austria. Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich (minimum one month), the role will be based remotely from Germany or Austria. As team collaboration is of great importance to us, we highly encourage remote team members to join us in Zurich at least once a month — these visits are financially supported by hirify.global.

What you will do

• Own the implementation journey end-to-end, from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to tackle technical challenges and ensure successful system integration.
• Act as the client’s trusted partner, anticipating needs and ensuring they realize the full potential of hirify.global’s automation.
• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans and drive deep product adoption.
• Translate customer feedback into long-term product improvements to continuously evolve the platform.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical action.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
