What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects, including design, configuration, and deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and configuration options within Employee Central.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient system solutions.
• Lead and mentor project team members, offering guidance, support, and knowledge transfer.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on the Employee Central module.
• In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Minimum SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate certification.
• English language proficiency (B2).
