What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy scalable solutions while providing expert guidance on HR process architecture.
• Lead and mentor project team members, facilitating knowledge transfer and technical support.
• Conduct workshops and presentations for clients and project stakeholders.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation and solution demonstrations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments within the SAP ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation with a focus on Employee Central.
• In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder management.
• Must hold at least SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate certification.
• Must have the right to work in Germany.
