What you will do
- Define, plan, and execute mixed-method user research to influence product and design decisions for hirify.global & Readly platforms.
- Lead research into non-users and younger demographics to understand barriers to entry and non-subscription reasons.
- Translate research data into actionable recommendations and partner with Product Managers & Designers for implementation.
- Define and own the research strategy, setting standards and processes for global research.
- Create and manage a global research repository for structured, reusable, and searchable insights.
- Perform continuous discovery on the broader market category, identifying untapped opportunities and analyzing competitor UX.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in User Research, ideally within high-growth B2C or B2B2C environments.
- Comfortable with deep-dive interviews, analyzing survey metrics, and usage data to marry "the what" with "the why".
- Experience leading transversal Research initiatives and building research systems.
- Self-starter ability to define roadmaps, prioritize projects, and drive initiatives end-to-end.
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders without direct authority, mastering synthesis.
- Fluent in French and English, capable of conducting research and presenting in both languages.
