What you will do
- Design and implement user acquisition strategies aligned with business goals for multiple game verticals.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize UA efforts in real time.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Monetization, and ASO teams to ensure strategy alignment.
- Contribute to product and tool development for automation, prediction, and forecasting.
- Participate in M&A audits and due diligence for growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and represent the company at events.
Requirements
- Location: Europe with hybrid work setup
- 3 to 4 years of experience in user acquisition, especially social ads management.
- Passion for mobile games and strong affinity with the mobile gaming sector.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Complete fluency in English, both written and oral.
