What you will do
- Define and refine target ICPs for AI solutions with the AI Competence Center.
- Prioritise focus segments and deprioritise non-strategic ones based on market feedback.
- Shape outcome-oriented AI service offers aligned to buyer problems.
- Develop clear positioning and messaging for priority ICPs.
- Test GTM hypotheses through outbound, social selling, and targeted content.
- Collect and analyse feedback from outreach and sales conversations to translate learnings into recommendations for scaling or adjusting offers.
- Track GTM progress with clear documentation and metrics, and create high-impact GTM assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing or GTM roles for B2B services or consulting.
- Experience with market and buyer research, ICP definition, and deal analysis.
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into outcome-based offers.
- Practical experience running outbound motions and lead generation collaboration.
- Experience testing ideas in the market and making evidence-based decisions.
- Strong writing skills for POVs, offer descriptions, and outreach messaging.
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and delivery teams.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Ability to prioritise, make trade-offs, and operate with high ownership.

- Experience with AI, data, or complex engineering services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline analysis.
- Background in mid-size or scaling organisations.
- Experience with time-boxed initiatives and clear go/no-go decisions.
