What you will do

  • Define and refine target ICPs for AI solutions with the AI Competence Center.
  • Prioritise focus segments and deprioritise non-strategic ones based on market feedback.
  • Shape outcome-oriented AI service offers aligned to buyer problems.
  • Develop clear positioning and messaging for priority ICPs.
  • Test GTM hypotheses through outbound, social selling, and targeted content.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from outreach and sales conversations to translate learnings into recommendations for scaling or adjusting offers.
  • Track GTM progress with clear documentation and metrics, and create high-impact GTM assets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing or GTM roles for B2B services or consulting.
  • Experience with market and buyer research, ICP definition, and deal analysis.
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into outcome-based offers.
  • Practical experience running outbound motions and lead generation collaboration.
  • Experience testing ideas in the market and making evidence-based decisions.
  • Strong writing skills for POVs, offer descriptions, and outreach messaging.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and delivery teams.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Ability to prioritise, make trade-offs, and operate with high ownership.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI, data, or complex engineering services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline analysis.
  • Background in mid-size or scaling organisations.
  • Experience with time-boxed initiatives and clear go/no-go decisions.
