Portfolio Oversight Management (PMO): Monitoring and controlling the SREP action plan and overseeing EBA LOM remediation progress with an accent on consolidating and assessing remediation progress, structured reporting, and stakeholder updates. Focus on ensuring progress control, funding oversight, governance support, and professional ad-hoc reporting.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (at least 3 days per week in the office)

Salary: 15,400–22,000 PLN/month (B2B)

What you will do

• Support Management in consolidating and assessing SREP EBA LOM remediation progress.
• Provide structured status updates and consolidated reporting to stakeholders.
• Act as a single point of escalation to governance and steering bodies.
• Oversee funding needs and the SIS process.
• Develop and maintain a Master Plan, ensuring common planning standards.
• Manage weekly progress reporting, including achievements, risks, and deviations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in PMO oversight.
• Knowledge of the outlined responsibilities and activities.
• Master’s degree.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills at senior management level.
• Work in an international environment, requiring daily English interaction.

Nice to have

• Regulatory SREP EBA LOM knowledge.
• Knowledge of credit risk management.
