We’re hiring: Solution Architect (AI-native / Cloud / Fintech)

Unlimit is undergoing a deep technology transformation. As a global fintech company with products across acquiring, BaaS, gateways, crypto, and wallets, we’re rebuilding our core platforms to be AI-native and cloud-agnostic.

We’re looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to lead this transformation from within.

This is a strategic execution role where you will:
– Own backend solution design for payment products (acquiring, wallets, crypto, BaaS)
– Design scalable, secure, AI-ready architectures
– Drive cloud evolution (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD)
– Lead API design and service decomposition
– Ensure zero-downtime deployments and resilient distributed systems
– Conduct architecture reviews and guide engineering teams
– Act as a technical “compass” across product, DevOps, and data

What we’re looking for:
– 6+ years in architecture roles (fintech or high-availability systems preferred)
– Strong backend background (Java), plus DevOps/cloud experience
– Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, CI/CD, observability
– Solid AWS experience (or hybrid cloud environments)
– Experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code
– Ability to align technical decisions with business needs

Nice to have:
– Experience integrating AI/ML components into backend systems
– Familiarity with LLMs or AI-assisted engineering tools
– Background in financial services or regulated environments
