What you will do

• Collaborate with key partners to complete the roadmap throughout a live game’s life cycle.
• Coordinate the development of multiple achievements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide day-to-day mentorship and maintain clear communication with Team Leadership.
• Facilitate communication between the Product Owner and the Team.
• Help the team deliver by identifying and removing impediments.
• Drive agile events such as backlog estimates, daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Mobile game production experience in full cycle development and/or live operations.
• Proven track record of delivering features within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English: Proficient spoken and written English required.
• Work authorization for Poland required; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum certification.
• Prior experience in social casino development.
