TL;DR

Senior Creative Producer (Gaming): Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of various creative formats from concept to launch with an accent on collaborating with internal and external partners to bring creative concepts to reality. Focus on ensuring high-quality standards, creative performance, and staying up-to-date on mobile gaming and advertising trends.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, PL with 20 days of remote work from anywhere in the world.

What you will do

  • Oversee the end-to-end production of various creative formats, including static images, videos, UGC and playable ads.
  • Manage the full creative process from concept creation through to testing and providing guidance.
  • Be accountable for creative performance and results.
  • Conduct market research and analysis on trends and best practices for high-performing videos.
  • Take initiative in proposing and leading experiments, supporting ideas with research and insights.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Marketing Creative Producer within the gaming industry.
  • Experience in writing scripts and briefs for video content and playable ads.
  • Knowledge of current trends in mobile gaming and mobile advertising.
  • Understanding of the unique aspects of gameplay video creatives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and ability to analyse creative effectiveness.
  • English: B2 required
