What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target EU markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular sales forecasts and performance reviews.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance overall performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the fintech or payments industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic money institutions (EMI) and payment processing.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent command of English and Latvian, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to execute strategic sales plans.
