What you will do
- Create working prototypes and demos using cutting-edge AI technology, including ChatGPT-powered apps and agentic systems.
- Assist in building and deploying cloud-native machine learning and GenAI applications that solve real client problems.
- Develop end-to-end AI workflows, such as knowledge management systems, RAG pipelines, chatbots, and agents.
- Learn from experienced practitioners through pairing, code reviews, and adoption of best practices in a consulting environment.
- Contribute to internal AI practices, helping to shape shared tools, frameworks, and knowledge.
- Engage with clients, present your work, and advise on AI solutions.
Requirements
- Foundational Python skills for writing clean, readable code, building from scratch, and debugging.
- Awareness of GenAI and agentic tools, with curiosity for modern AI libraries like Pinecone, HuggingFace, LangChain/LangSmith, or CrewAI.
- Some exposure to at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) or readiness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and openness to client-facing consulting work.
- Builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and a strong desire to learn.
- Curiosity over ego, empathy, and ability to learn from feedback.
- Must have legal right to work in the UK or EU, as visa sponsorship is not offered.
