What you will do

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to connect with top talent.
• Cultivate and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Offer guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Assist in resolving employee relations matters and support HR policy implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of local HR laws and regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and familiar with HRIS/ATS systems (Greenhouse).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Malaysia.
