What you will do
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to connect with top talent.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Offer guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters and support HR policy implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of local HR laws and regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and familiar with HRIS/ATS systems (Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Malaysia.
