What you will do

• Design, implement, optimize, and maintain narrative and cinematic systems for Project Hadar.
• Develop and support tools for fast implementation of immersive story experiences.
• Own story tech features ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.
• Debug, profile, and resolve technical challenges.
• Mentor other programmers and foster a collaborative environment.
• Define technical standards for story systems and tools and cooperate with other departments.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Poland.
• At least 5 years professional experience in game programming with strong C++ skills.
• Experience building tools in Unreal Engine 4 or 5 and delivering story, cinematic, or quest-related systems.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with clear communication and initiative.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of Sequencer and Slate.
• An Agile mindset.
