What you will do

• Collaborate with Growth Analytics, Product Incentives, and Country teams to identify campaign playbook opportunities.
• Conduct research and analysis on customer lifetime value and user experience, sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Partner with the Product team to build joint roadmaps, research business opportunities, and prioritize backlog.
• Own the global experimentation roadmap and consolidate learnings into playbooks.
• Manage the rollout roadmap of new segmentation, features, reporting, and tooling across relevant markets.
• Define requirements and own relevant KPIs, dashboards, and tooling for effective progress tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data.
• Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in Python or R.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong collaboration and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week.
