Technical Support Engineer

What you will do

• Learn and practice system administration of servers.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network server issues.
• Work with hardware monitoring systems.
• Work with cloud technologies.

Requirements

• English: B1 - Intermediate required for e-mail correspondence.
• Attentive to details and able to search and analyze information.
• Knowledge of modern computer components.
• Understanding of basic Internet and computer network principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian).
• Basic knowledge of working in the Linux terminal.
• Experience in installing Windows/Linux OS from scratch.
