What you will do

• Craft groundbreaking user experiences in collaboration with Design, Product, Experimentation, and Engineering teams.
• Establish and maintain the design system, grasp the roadmap, and ensure timely project completion.
• Champion business interests through design-informed decisions.
• Engage with key stakeholders and foster a resilient design team and culture.
• Finalize existing designs, refine investment sourcing, and support smaller design edits.
• Incorporate user feedback and ensure strong hands-on Figma execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer/UX Designer.
• Proficient in Figma and any other prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of design systems.
• Experience conducting user testing and designing web experiences for mobile, tablet, and web.
• Demonstration of a high-quality bar and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile dashboards and reports.
• Experience with design systems.
